According to The Wall Street Journal, the electronics empire has a new 2019 target ship date in place for their upcoming design, apparently tripling the project’s previous team of 600.

Tesla is ramping up European production of its Model S electric supersaloon, with a bigger assembly facility in the Netherlands. The American start-up today threw open the doors of its Tilburg plant, which is doubling European output from 200 to 450 cars per week. The aim is to reduce delivery times for British and European customers, boost quality, and give Tesla a European foothold making the Model S and the forthcoming Model X SUV.

Remember the Renault Le Car? Well, this isn't that. One difference is that the drawings above are of the Le* Car, please note the asterisk, and it hails from China. Another difference is that "Le" means "the" in French, but it means "happy" in Mandarin. 

The car will be another in the multitude of electronic products from Leshi Internet Information & Technology, run by its founder Jia Yueting, using the diminutive prefix it likes to apply to products like LeTV. LeTV is described as China's version of Netflix.
