To keep the Cabrio’s weight down, aluminium is used for the rear floor, while the luggage compartment bulkhead is made from aluminium and magnesium.
For convenience’s sake, the Cabrio’s soft-top can be opened and closed in 20 seconds at speeds of up to 60km/h. Cruising comfort, on the other hand, is ensured by the standard Airmatic (air suspension) and well-insulated cabin, which has double-glazed windows as standard.
